See which Whatnot products perform best in WhatCopilot: revenue, margin, search, category filters, and Analyze with Orion on selected rows.
Products shows what you sold: totals from your CSV imports. It is not a stock editor.
What it’s for
Rank and filter sold items by revenue or margin, then send a shortlist to Orion for a clearer read.
What you can do
- Shop filter: one shop or all
- Columns: title, category, SKU, orders, units, buyer revenue, net revenue, estimated margin
- Search (title, SKU, category), category filter, sorts (default: net revenue highest first)
- Multi-select → Analyze with Orion (up to 5 names in the prompt)
- Pagination
Common uses
- Find best-sellers by net revenue or estimated margin
- Compare a handful of SKUs via Orion
- Isolate one shop’s catalog when you run several accounts
Good to know
- No product editing: data comes from sales imports
- Estimated margin needs purchase costs in Inventory where you have them

- Can I edit product titles or SKUs here?
- No. The Products table comes from imported sales. It is for analysis, not for editing your catalog.
- How many products can I send to Orion at once?
- Select several rows and use Analyze with Orion. The prompt is prefilled with up to five product names.
