These Terms of Use govern access to and use of whatcopilot.com and the WhatCopilot product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Template document to be reviewed by legal counsel. Information in parentheses (like this) is to be completed later. Commercial terms (pricing, subscriptions, payment) are set out in the Terms of Sale.

Purpose and acceptance

These Terms define the conditions of access to and use of the service. Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Service description

WhatCopilot provides analytics and an AI copilot (Orion) for Whatnot sellers based on CSV files you import (including the official Seller Weekly Orders Report). We are an independent third-party tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot. Features may evolve.

Commercial terms

Offers, pricing, payment, duration, renewal, and cancellation of subscriptions are governed by the Terms of Sale (CGV), available on the Terms of Sale page.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, up-to-date registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You warrant that you have the right to import the shop data you upload. The service is intended for adults and/or professionals as (target audience — B2B / consumers).

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or scraping of the product.
  • Do not abuse Orion quotas or circumvent technical limits.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or use the service for illegal purposes.
  • Do not reverse-engineer beyond what applicable law allows.
  • Do not present WhatCopilot as an official Whatnot product.

Your data and content

You retain rights to data you import. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Metrics (estimated margin, etc.) and Orion outputs are decision-support tools — not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Intellectual property

WhatCopilot branding, UI, software, and content remain our property (or that of our licensors). Whatnot trademarks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted beyond what is necessary to use the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide reasonable access to the service but do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that metrics will match every Whatnot UI view. Maintenance, outages, or feature changes may occur. Always verify fees, payouts, and policies on the official Whatnot Help Center.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatCopilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or €0 if you only used a free offer). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and suspension

You may stop using the service and request account deletion via support@whatcopilot.com. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, risk to the service or other users, or for legitimate cause with reasonable notice when the situation allows.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes are submitted to the courts of (competent court), subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules where applicable.
