How often should I import my CSV?

As often as you want a fresh view: after a big live, end of week, or when Whatnot issues a new export. CSV imports are unlimited on every plan; the more you sync, the more relevant Orion and your KPIs stay.

How does estimated margin work?

Estimated margin uses transaction revenue minus filled cost_of_goods. Without COGS you mainly see sales and net; with COGS you get a profit signal to prioritize SKUs and breaks for the next live.

Yes. WhatCopilot groups orders, revenue, and metrics by livestream so you see which shows paid, how long they ran, and which ones to repeat or cut.

Full WhatTrack is a BETA feature on Business or Entreprise with a 12-month commitment (or the read-only demo). Pro does not include the full workspace, with or without commitment. Anyone can still open the free trends teaser without a paid plan.

Orion is grounded in your imported Seller Weekly data: KPIs, products, buyers, livestreams, breakdowns, and packing helpers. Ask in plain language after a live — answers come from shop tools, not generic Whatnot tips. Plans include monthly WhatCoins; Entreprise is fair-use unlimited.

Can Orion use market heat / WhatTrack?

Only when your org has WhatTrack access (BETA / Business or Entreprise with commitment). Then Orion can pull market pulse, category trends, and peak-hour hints. Without WhatTrack, Orion stays on your imported shop data.

How does Inventory & COGS work?

Inventory is a stock layer separate from sales history. Track quantities, low/out alerts, and unit COGS so estimated margin means something and you catch shortages before a themed live. Bootstrap from sold SKUs or import an inventory CSV.

Does stock decrement when I ship in Delivery?

Yes. When a Delivery shipment moves to shipped, in transit, or delivered, matching Inventory SKUs decrement. Cancel after a decrement reverses the move. Lines without a matching SKU are skipped — keep SKUs aligned in Inventory.

Delivery is the post-live fulfillment desk: turn imported unfulfilled orders into shipments, move statuses (to pack → delivered), paste carrier tracking, and share a public buyer track link. Health cards show open, overdue, to-pack, and shipping margin.

Does Delivery print Whatnot shipping labels?

No. Addresses and postage stay in Whatnot or your label tool (Pirate Ship, ShipStation, etc.). WhatCopilot is the ops layer: pack queue, tracking you paste back, stock moves, and a shareable track page — not a label printer.
