    Track Whatnot refunds & chargebacks

    Import refunds and chargebacks from Whatnot reports so margin and net revenue stay accurate after returns. Right now refunds silently inflate profit in analytics.

    Validated — this is on our roadmap. We will map refund lines from the Seller Weekly Orders Report into Analytics so GMV, fees, and estimated margin stay correct after returns. We will post a changelog entry when it ships.

    CSV auto-import from email

    Allow forwarding the weekly Whatnot orders report to a private WhatCopilot inbox so imports run without uploading the file every week.

    Peak hours chart jumps on timezone change

    When I switch shop timezone in settings, the WhatTrack peak-hours chart briefly shows the previous offset before refreshing. Feels like a cache bug.
