What is WhatCopilot?

WhatCopilot is a web analytics and AI product for live shopping sellers on Whatnot. You import the official Seller Weekly Orders Report CSV, then track KPIs, estimated margin when cost_of_goods is filled, product and buyer rankings, livestream performance, inventory, and studio visuals — with Orion answering questions from your imported data.

Why native Seller Analytics is not enough

Whatnot Seller Analytics helps answer “how much did I sell?”, often with latency. Sellers still struggle with real margin by show, which SKUs to push next, which buyers to re-engage, and how inventory ties to live performance. WhatCopilot focuses on those business questions without replacing Seller Hub.

What we do

We build a business layer on top of Whatnot’s official ledger export. After each import you get a clearer view of net revenue and estimated margin, comparable livestreams, product and buyer signals, and an AI copilot that stays grounded in your CSV — so you can prepare the next live with facts, not guesses.

What’s inside the seller cockpit

Every module is built around the Seller Weekly Orders Report and your shop workspace.

  • Dashboard & estimated margin

Net revenue, orders, and estimated margin when COGS is present — so profit signal sits next to top-line sales.

  • Products & buyers

Rankings and detail by revenue, volume, or estimated margin, plus high-value returning buyers.

  • Livestreams

Compare shows by orders, revenue, and duration to see which formats actually paid.

  • Inventory & calendar

Backoffice stock tied to seller activity, plus a calendar to plan lives and follow-ups.

  • Orion AI copilot

Ask questions on your imported KPIs and history. Monthly message quota depends on your plan.

  • Studio visuals

Prep creatives for lives; generation counts toward your Orion quota.

WhatCopilot vs Whatnot Seller Analytics

Native analytics and WhatCopilot answer different questions. Use both: Seller Hub to run the business, WhatCopilot to read the ledger for margin and next-live decisions.

  • Margin depth

Seller Analytics emphasizes sales and estimated earnings. WhatCopilot highlights estimated margin from cost_of_goods when you fill COGS in Whatnot.

  • Livestream comparison

See which shows paid, how long they ran, and what to repeat — not only aggregate sales.

  • AI on your data

Orion answers from your imports. Native Seller Analytics does not include an AI copilot on your CSV ledger.

  • Independent third-party tool

WhatCopilot is not Whatnot. Official fees, payouts, and seller policies always stay on help.whatnot.com.

Not affiliated with Whatnot

WhatCopilot is an independent third-party product. We are not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Whatnot. Fees, shipping rules, and seller policies always come from Whatnot’s official Help Center. Always verify critical figures before pricing or inventory decisions.

Who WhatCopilot is for

Live sellers on Whatnot — solo sellers, collectors, resellers, and multi-shop teams — who want clearer margin, stock, and livestream signals than native analytics alone, plus a copilot to prep the next show. Plans scale from Pro to Entreprise for workspaces, collaborators, and Orion quota.
