No. WhatCopilot works from the Seller Weekly Orders Report you download from Whatnot. There is no scraping, and WhatCopilot is not affiliated with Whatnot.

The demo lets you explore a sample shop with limited Orion usage. You can look around, but you cannot upload CSVs or change inventory, calendar, or settings.

How large can my CSV be?

Uploads are capped at 25 MB (about 100,000 rows as a soft guide). Large files take a moment to process. Watch the status on the Imports page.

Create your account, add your Whatnot shop, upload your Seller Weekly Orders Report, and see your first numbers in a few minutes.

What you will set up

In a few steps you go from zero to a useful workspace: account (or demo), shop, first CSV, then the Dashboard and the rest of the product.

Step by step

Create an account on Register, or open the demo for a read-only tour.
Add a Whatnot shop from the shop switcher (use your seller account name).
Import a CSV from Imports or the import menu in the header: pick the shop, upload the Seller Weekly Orders Report.
Wait until the import shows as completed. The list refreshes on its own while it runs.
Open the Dashboard and pick a period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or all time).

What opens after the first import

Dashboard: buyer revenue, net revenue, estimated margin, average order value, live hours, hourly rate
Statistics: trends, how earnings break down, top products, categories, formats, lives, and countries
Products, Buyers, Livestreams: tables plus the show cockpit (lineup, prices, timeline)
Calendar: plan lives; open an event to prepare the show
Inventory: stock, purchase cost, low or out alerts; connect items into a show lineup
Delivery: pack queue, shipment statuses, public track links for buyers

What to do in your first week

Check that net revenue and refunds look right after one weekly export.
Spot your top products and livestreams before planning the next show.
Schedule a slot, connect inventory in the cockpit, then generate a sell timeline.
After a show, open Delivery and create shipments from the pack queue.
Ask Orion for a period summary once you have enough history.
Seed inventory from sold items before a busy live week.
On Business or Entreprise with commitment: open WhatTrack before picking tonight’s niche.

Good to know

You need at least one Whatnot shop to import and see analytics.
Demo shops cannot upload CSVs or change calendar, inventory, or settings. Paid WhatCoins apply after checkout (see Pricing).
Estimated margin needs purchase costs in Inventory. The sales CSV alone does not include what you paid for goods.
WhatTrack is beta (Business or Entreprise, 12-month commitment). The public trends teaser stays free.
