WhatCopilot Delivery: pack queue from Seller Weekly CSV imports, shipment statuses, buyer tracking links, inventory decrement on ship, live-to-shipments, Orion packing tools, and label CSV bridge.

Delivery (`/app/delivery`) is the post-live fulfillment desk: turn imported sales into a pack queue, move shipments through statuses, paste carrier tracking, share a public track link, and optionally export/import a CSV for your label tool.

Role

Close the loop after a show without replacing Whatnot Shipping. Labels and addresses stay where they already work; WhatCopilot keeps SLA, stock, and “where is my order?” answers in one place.

Features

  • Health cards: open, overdue, to pack, shipping margin (fees collected − label costs you entered)
  • Unfulfilled queue: order groups from CSV not yet turned into shipments — create selected or create all
  • Shipment table: buyer, status, tracking, ship-by, item count; filter by status; batch mark packed
  • Statuses: `to_pack` → `packed` → `labeled` → `shipped` → `in_transit` → `delivered` (plus `exception` / `cancelled`)
  • Shipment sheet: pack list, carrier, tracking number, label cost, buyer message language (EN/FR), notes
  • Copy buyer message and open public track page; print a simple packing slip
  • Default ship-by: two days after order date (overdue highlighted on Dashboard and in the table)
  • Bridge: export open shipments for Pirate Ship / ShipStation / Colissimo-style CSV (address columns blank — fill from Whatnot); import tracking CSV back to mark shipped

Buyer tracking page

Each shipment gets a long public token. Buyers open `/track/[token]?lang=en` or `lang=fr` (no login). They see status, carrier, tracking link, items, and a short timeline. Disclaimer: WhatCopilot is independent of Whatnot.

Inventory on ship

  • When status moves to `shipped` / `in_transit` / `delivered`, matched inventory SKUs decrement (`out` movement linked to the shipment)
  • Cancel after a decrement reverses stock (`in`)
  • Lines without a matching inventory SKU are skipped — fix SKUs in Inventory if needed

From a livestream

In the show cockpit, after the live is linked to imported sales, use **Create shipments from this live** to pull unfulfilled `order_earnings` for that `livestream_id` into Delivery.

Orion

Ask packing and SLA questions in Orion. Tools include fulfillment health, overdue list, pack priority, shipping margin, buyer shipment history, draft tracking message (EN/FR), and propose shipments from a livestream (Apply in the UI). Canvas type `fulfillment_plan` for a packing checklist.

Use cases

  • Monday after a weekend live: create shipments from the unfulfilled queue, pack high-LTV buyers first
  • Paste USPS / Colissimo / Royal Mail tracking, copy the chat message, send on Whatnot
  • Catch overdue ship-by from the Dashboard banner before ratings slip
  • Export a bridge CSV, buy labels elsewhere, re-import tracking numbers in batch
  • Compare shipping fees collected vs label costs before running another free-shipping promo

Limits

  • No address book and no postage purchase inside WhatCopilot
  • No email/SMS to buyers — the CSV has no buyer email; share the track link yourself
  • Queue freshness depends on CSV import timing (often weekly)
  • Demo is read-only

FAQ

Does Delivery print Whatnot shipping labels?
No. Addresses and postage stay in Whatnot (or Pirate Ship / ShipStation / your carrier). WhatCopilot is the ops layer: what still needs packing, tracking you paste back, stock moves, and a shareable track link for chat.
Where do unfulfilled orders come from?
From imported `order_earnings` rows that are not yet on a non-cancelled shipment. Re-import the Seller Weekly Orders Report regularly — the queue only knows what the CSV contains.
Can buyers create an account on the track page?
No. `/track/[token]` is a public read-only page (EN/FR). For address problems, buyers message you on Whatnot.
Can I edit Delivery in the demo?
No. Demo is read-only. The demo org ships with sample shipments so you can browse statuses and open a track link.
