The Calendar helps you plan Whatnot shows and connect planned events to real sales from your CSV imports.
What it’s for
Own your live grid (upcoming, live, and past) and review performance without leaving your schedule.
What you can do
- Status filters: all, upcoming, live, past
- Monthly calendar with day markers
- Day list plus next-event banner
- Create an event: title, Whatnot shop, start and end (default end is start plus 2 hours), theme, notes
- Click an event to open the show cockpit
- On Results: auto or manual livestream link plus KPIs
- Linked KPIs: orders, unique buyers, estimated duration, buyer revenue, net revenue

- Build a weekly live grid across shops
- Open the show cockpit to prepare lineup and timeline before going live
- Attach real sales to a planned show after import and compare plan vs actual
Good to know
- Demo is read-only (no create, edit, or link)
- Needs a Whatnot shop; KPIs need imported livestream data and a successful match

FAQ
- Can I edit the calendar in demo mode?
- No. Demo mode is read-only for create, edit, delete, and livestream linking.
- How do livestream KPIs appear on an event?
- Open the event (show cockpit). When an imported livestream matches (automatically if there is only one candidate, or manually on Results), you see orders, unique buyers, estimated duration, buyer revenue, and net revenue. If you prepared a lineup, you also get a plan vs actual debrief.
