Orion is WhatCopilot’s AI coach for Whatnot sellers: chat on your shop data, packing help for Delivery, WhatCoins by plan, optional WhatTrack market tools, and Analyze with Orion from tables.
Orion is your analytics coach: ask questions in plain language and get answers based on your imported shop data, and when eligible, public WhatTrack market heat.
What it’s for
Turn tables and KPIs into clear recommendations without leaving the workspace, or jump in from Products, Buyers, Livestreams, or Inventory with a prefilled prompt.
What you can do
- Home: message box, suggestion chips (revenue / products / live), WhatCoins gauge
- Streaming chat with stop generation and result cards
- Shop questions: KPI summary, top products, top buyers, livestream performance, breakdowns, period compare, live lineup coach and proposed edits (you confirm Apply in the app)
- Delivery help: fulfillment health, overdue list, pack priority, shipping margin, buyer shipment history, draft tracking message (EN/FR), propose shipments from a livestream (you confirm Apply)
- WhatTrack tools (Business / Entreprise beta): market pulse, category trend, peak-hour hints
- Sidebar: conversation list and usage
- Entry points from analytics tables (Analyze with Orion)

Good to know
- Blocked when WhatCoins are exhausted (see Pricing)
- Needs imported CSV data for shop tools. Otherwise you are nudged to import.
- Market tools require WhatTrack access
- AI answers can be wrong. Not a substitute for accounting or tax advice.

FAQ
- What happens at 80% of my WhatCoins?
- You see a soft warning. At 100%, new spend is blocked with a link to pricing until the monthly reset (1st of the month, UTC). Entreprise unlimited still has fair-use limits against abuse.
- Can Orion answer Whatnot market trends?
- Only when your org has [WhatTrack](/docs/whattrack) access (Business or Entreprise with commitment). Otherwise Orion stays on your imported shop data.
